The TQ Team is growing!

There's excitement in the air at TQ!

Not only have we opened our beautiful new TQ office in BRISTOL, but we've welcomed three new faces to our growing team. They’ve only been with us for a few weeks, but it already feels like much longer. The impact they've made is incredible - talk about flying out the blocks! So without further ado, please meet our newest recruits:

Joel, Technical Lead.

This is a new role for TQ and we’re delighted to find the perfect fit for it in Joel. Joel has decades of tech experience, at both a hands-on and strategic level, which is already proving to be beneficial for both our team and clients. Joel’s role within the team is complex, but he’s already proving to be the go-to guy for our delivery team. Outside of work, Joel spends his timing teaching acting to young-adults and children. He revealed he was a trained actor just moments before our Murder Mystery Summer Party, safe to say he played his role very, very well.

Dan, Software Developer.

We’re delighted to welcome a familiar face to the office in Dan. If you take a look into Dan’s work experience, you’ll find some very interesting projects for some big companies, including the likes of the BBC. Dan’s a real asset to the team, not only because of his impressive development skills, but for his infectious positive energy too. He also does a fantastic accent (we encourage you to ask him about this next time you speak).

Kai, Intern.

Where do we start with Kai, he’s been such a fantastic addition to our team despite only being with us for a matter of weeks. Kai is two years into his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Southampton and approached us to gain some experience in the summer break. Kai’s a natural problem-solver and has a real eye for detail too. We’re delighted that he chose Thought Quarter for his internship (despite our office being over an hours drive away) and we can't wait to see what he achieves in the world of software!

Dan, Joel and Kai have settled in the team seamlessly and have all brought their own expertise and opinions (which we love).
